What belongs on the board, and how it's moderated.

Who can post

Employers post roles in or serving the cacao & chocolate industry. Listings must be real openings with accurate details, and — per pay-transparency laws — every listing shows a salary range.

Moderation

Non-chocolate listings may be removed if they aren't consistent with the community guidelines or with furthering the cacao & chocolate industry. Submissions are auto-moderated on arrival and may also be removed later if the community reports them. Cocoa Jobs is provided and moderated by Dandelion Chocolate as a public service; moderation decisions aim to keep the board relevant and safe, not to favor any employer.
